Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Handcrafted Tailoring Timeline

Because MEHR operates on an intentional bespoke model to ensure the highest tailoring standards, each outfit is cut, hand-embellished, and stitched specifically upon order. Standard craftsmanship duration is 7 to 10 working days.

2. Nationwide Delivery Across Pakistan

We provide tracked, insured courier shipping (via TCS, Call Courier, and Leopards) across all cities and towns in Pakistan. Once your outfit is tailored and dispatched, transit times are:

• Major Metros (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Nationwide Regions: 3 to 5 working days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Bank Transfer

We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) for your peace of mind and Direct Online Bank Transfer (IBFT). You will receive an SMS and email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL Express (5–7 working days transit post-production). Custom duties or import taxes (if applicable in the destination country) are the responsibility of the recipient.
