How does the Made-to-Order system work?
Because each garment is cut and stitched to order, we do not mass-produce outfits. Once your order is placed, our artisans begin crafting your outfit. It typically takes 7 to 10 working days to tailor and dispatch your piece.
Can I request custom measurements?
Yes, absolutely! Select the closest age size (2 to 12 years) and simply write your child’s height, chest, and length measurements in the “Order Notes” box at checkout, or message us directly on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Within Pakistan, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Online Bank Transfer (IBFT). For international orders, bank transfer and card options are available.
How long does delivery take?
Once crafted (7-10 days), delivery within major cities of Pakistan takes 2–3 business days. Remote areas take 3–5 business days.
