1. Precision Tailoring & Alteration Guarantee
At MEHR, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If there is any defect in fabric, stitching error, or variation from your requested measurements, we offer complimentary alteration or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
2. Bespoke Made-to-Order Items
Because each garment is tailored individually for your daughter’s age or custom measurements, we do not accept arbitrary returns for change of mind. We strongly encourage parents to consult our detailed Size Guide or chat with our WhatsApp styling concierge before ordering.
3. How to Request an Alteration
Simply message our concierge on WhatsApp at 0331 4077233 or email support@mehrclothing.com with your Order ID and photo of the garment. Our support team will guide you through the quick courier collection process.
